Nanak Engineering Industries (G.E.I), offers controlled
atmosphere storage systems with wide range of temperatures from
+20 degree Cent. to -40 Deg.Cen. for storage of perishable products
such as fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry,fish,dairy products and
flowers.
Our Refrigeration systems are equipped with modern
technology to match your temperature requirements.
Precooling - The term precooling implies the removal
of field heat from freshly harvested fruits, vegetables and flowers
before subjecting them to long distance transportation or immediately
before long term storage. The purpose is to retain freshness, flavour
and texture of the product by slowing water loss and to stop growth
of decay-causing micro organism during the holding period.
We
have fully trained Engineers and other Technical staff. We undertake
the designing,installation and testing the plants on turn-key basis.
